What data we process

• Uploaded CSV files (e.g., HubSpot contacts exports) that you choose to upload.
• Derived audit results (coverage percentages and aggregate metrics).
• Basic technical data (e.g., IP address, browser info) as part of normal web server operation.

Purpose of processing

We process your data to provide the audit functionality: calculating coverage for UTMs and click IDs and generating a report you can view and download.

File storage and retention (MVP)

In the current MVP, audit results may be stored temporarily to allow you to view and download them. We recommend you avoid uploading sensitive personal data.

Note: This policy will be updated as we add accounts, databases, and monitoring features.

Third-party services

• Vercel (hosting) — used to host and run the application.
• Stripe (payments) — used to process payments when enabled.

Your choices

• Don’t upload data you don’t have permission to process.
